• Achieved a turnover of approx. USD 1 million
• Factory expansion with addition of 1000 sq.m bay

2018

• Began exports of Machined-cast-components to Germany and USA

• Installed foundry for investment casting (Ferrous)
• Addition of DMG make 5-axis CNC machining center

2016

• Established own new factory at Chakan, near Pune (8000 sq.m land & 1500 sq.m building)

2015

 

• Installed Schultheise make rapid prototype vacuum metal casting facility
• Successful completion of a turnkey project for an engine block having 20 components

2014

• Exports strengthened. Addition of customers from USA, Germany, UK and Denmark
• Installed three DMG make horizontal machining centers and Hexagon make CMM
• Participation in first overseas exhibition – Hannover Messe, Germany

2013

 

• Started exporting prototype cast part services to Japan, China, Thailand and Sweden
• Addition of five licences of PRO-E and simulation software Auto-CAST

2012

• Installed DMG make 5-Axis CNC machining center and Zoller tool presetter

2011

 

• Installed no-bake sand casting prototype foundry

2009

• Company began operations from 500 sq.m rented premises to offer services for prototype cast parts
